MORDANT SOLUTION |
T - Wash |
| An etching solution for the pre-treatment of bright galvanised sheets prior to painting |
| Bright shiny new galvanised sheets should be left up to 12 months for the surface to go dull before painting, otherwise in very hot weather the paint is liable to peel off. If a delay in painting is not an option, pre-treat with a Mordant Solution. |
INTENDED USES |
A pre-treatment for galvanised steel to ensure the subsequent adhesion of a wide range of coatings. A colour change from grey to black is visual proof that the entire surface has been satisfactorily treated. |
