This Insulated Roof Tile System has all the aesthetics and appeal of a traditional tile roof and the additional advantages of superior thermal, low air leakage and fast build performance. It is increasing being used by local authorities to fit pitched roofs to flat roofed housing, when refurbishing their housing stock.

SYSTEM BENEFITS

  • FIREsafe Property & Business Protection Risk - External Claddings that are Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB) approved to LPS 1181 can be classified as a "non-combustible building" by the association of British Insurers (AB). NOTE: Panels used on timber rafters are not LPCB approved.
