STOP GUTTERS LEAKING – for good!
RUBBERISED PLYGENE GUTTERLINE is made to measure for every project. It can be used on any style of roof and for any type of gutter no matter how long or wide it might be. Rubberised Plygene is incredibly strong so it will not crack or split, yet because each piece is custom-made and is supplied on a one-piece, joint-free roll, it can be used with all profiles of gutters and will instantly conform to irregular contours. It is fixed in place by trapping the liner under the roof cladding or with specially made cappings. Gutterline will easily tolerate changes in temperature and building movement, and it carries a 20-year guarantee. GUTTERLINE is the only system of its type to be fully approved by the BBA and when fitted to manufacturer’s instructions it is Guaranteed Waterproof. Gutterline has been used on the widest possible variety of buildings ranging from old ‘Northern Light’ mills, commercial buildings, factories, retail units, supermarkets, aircraft hangers, cathedrals, hospitals, stately homes and even on massive railway stations such as the restored St Pancras barrel roof. Gutterline is increasingly specified as an insurance against leaking gutters on new build projects. There is also a Gutterline system specially designed for use with Finlock type gutters. The Gutterline system incorporates a full range of accessories including outlets, stopends, pre-formed corners, junctions, weirs and syphonics etc. Bespoke components can also be manufactured to meet specific requirements. Gutterline is easy to fit in most weather conditions and requires no messy adhesives. QUOTATIONS and ORDERS 1 Carefully measure the existing gutter and draw a sketch showing the distances between each angle. Specify the extra width required at each side for fixing or underlapping the roof cladding . 2 Measure the length required. The liner is supplied in one continuous length and an extra 30cm or so should be allowed at each end for forming stop ends. Note. When fitting, finding that your measurements are too exact can be embarrassing, so consider adding a little extra length to you measurements for peace of mind. 3 Check the number, condition and internal diameter of the existing outlets. 4 Simply fax or post the sketch and details to SLE Cladding Ltd for a quotation. With the quotation you will receive a free sample of GUTTERLINE creased by the manufacturers to your instructions, so that you can ‘try-fit’ and confirm that it matches the gutter you are repairing. Do check the fit at regular intervals along the length of the gutter. 5 Just confirm to us that the quotation details are correct and that the sample supplied fits and leave the rest to us. We will arrange its manufacture and delivery to your site or other address. 6 Full fixing instructions are supplied with every order. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
