Galvanised Felt Nails

 Short Clout Nails.  19mm long galvanised nails with an extra large head for dry fixing felt on roofs and many other uses.

A galvanised clout nail for fixing roof slates to roofing battens, has many other uses. Length 38mm

A small 30mm long twist nail with a domed head, c/w a 15mm dia. curved clear pvc washer. Used for fixing mini 1.25" corr pvc clear sheets. Sold in Packs of 10 no. pins.

Specially designed UV resistant P.E. headed nails with zinc plated corrosion resistant shanks. Available in Black, Red, Green & Brown. This nail coloured black is by far the most popular for fixing Onduline sheets regardless of sheet colour.

The safetop bonded washer is resistant to UV radiation and with its weatherproof seal provides a superior resistance to wind uplift. They are particularly suitable for use on hardwood purlins. Available in Black, Red, Green & Brown.

Onduline Stelfix

For fixing Onduline sheets to steel purlins using a power drill. The self-tapping screw has a PVC washer and a split sleeve to prevent the sheet riding up on the thread. It enables correct tension to be achieved avoiding overtightening and distortion.

Yellow passivated screw with anti corrosion coating. Cap colour coated to sheet. Washer in UV stabilised PVC. Sleeve in zinc coated steel. Length 65mm. Diameter: 5.5mm. Packing: Packs of 10

Stainless Steel Drive Pins. (Panel Pins)

30 & 40mm long. Used chiefly for secret  fixing of U-PVC cladding planks as well as U-PVC facias and soffits on houses

White Top Drive Pins.

30 & 40mm long. Used chiefly for surface fixing U-PVC cladding planks as well as U-PVC facias and soffits on houses

 A 50mm (2") slotted round head screw, c/w a clear curved base pvc washer and matching cap. Used to fix 3" corr. clear pvc sheets, usually in domestic situations. I.E. sun lounges, car ports etc. 10 no. screws per pack.

 BULBTITE RIVETS

 An up market version of a pop rivet. A slotted rivet for seam stitching etc. c/w colour caps to match cladding. Sold in units of 10. no. The slot allows the rivet to fold, thus giving a much larger grip area and purchase on the rear of the material as well as providing a watertight sealing ring to the fore.

Twin & Triplewall Polycarbonate Fixing Buttons

Available in White and Brown for both 10 & 16 mm thick  polycarbonate sheets. The 40mm diameter buttons come complete with 50mm long screws and sealing washers.

Hook Bolts.

For attaching roofing sheets to Angle Iron Purlins. Standard pattern, bright zinc plated.
 Sizes = M6 x 60 - 130mm  (x 10mm increments)  M8 x 60 - 300mm (x 10mm increments)  Supplied in units of 10 no. c/w square nuts.

CROOK BOLTS. 

For attaching roofing sheets to Cold Rolled Z Purlins. Standard pattern, bright zinc plated. Sizes = M6 x 55 - 125mm (x 10 mm increments)
M8 x 135 - 215mm (x 10 mm) increments. Supplied in units of 10 no. c/w square nuts.

The length is measured from  the 90 deg. angle to the end of the thread and not the full length of the bolt

J Bolts.

 For attaching roofing sheets to tubular frames such as scaffolding. Bright zinc plated. There are no standard stock sizes so no stock is held. All are made to order to customers requirements. A minimum quantity may apply. Measurements required are:- Overall Length, Width, Thread Length and  Rod Diameter. All Come c/w square nuts.

Timber Purlin Bolts. 

Plated Steel Bolts. Holds timber purlins to steel trusses (frames) Size M16  x  90 and 100mm. c/w nuts

Z Purlin Bolts.
