Experience has shown that direct contact with our customers is essential for customer satisfaction and to avoid costly mis-understandings and errors.

Unfortunately web advertised e-mail addresses attract daily doses of the many 100's of junk as well as spam and virus laden e-mails, amongst which genuine customers/potential customer's e-mails are frequently lost and are deleted.

To avoid this we have taken the highly unusual step of only providing an e-mail address to customers, potential customers and registered suppliers on request. This measure whilst initially troublesome, is particularly useful as your first contact with SLE Cladding Ltd and is also valuable to persons wishing to send us photographs or drawings. It does mean that your e-mails are actually received, read and acted upon.

IMPORTANT: From time to time our sales office and switchboard experience periods of excessive activity with many telephone calls being received at the same time. If your call is not answered immediately, please bear with us. It usually only takes a minute or two for reception to clear the backlog.

You will speak to a person and not a machine. If the sales person you wish to speak to is not available or all the other sales staff are engaged, our receptionist will take your telephone number and see that your call is returned. Leaving your mobile number as well as a landline number is a help.

Hours of Business: Monday - Friday 8 am to 12.30pm and 1.15 pm to 5 pm.
On Fridays we close early at 4.45pm.

Visitors: Visitors are always welcome during opening hours.
